Thanks a lot, Blagojevich

The New York Times has an interesting article in yesterday about fallen Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich (aka, the man who had to ensure that Democrats didn’t have a fully stellar year). Okay, now as a reminder, this is what Blagojevich looks like:

So the greatest thing to me, in the article, was learning how much he actually liked his hair:

[he] treat[s] employees with disdain, cursing and erupting in fury for failings as mundane as neglecting to have at hand at all times his preferred black Paul Mitchell hairbrush. He calls the brush “the football,” an allusion to the “nuclear football,” or the bomb codes never to be out of reach of a president.
…[he was a man] who was deeply concerned about his appearance (particularly his signature black hair, which he ignored suggestions to change)

See? Now you know he’s crazy. Because no sane man would ever keep their hair like that…

i’m hoping Blagojevich will inspire Congress to finally grow a pair and start doing what’s best for the people they represent (by putting this guy away for a long time)
